1. Introduction

At SnapDev Studio LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital services and solutions to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for the services we provide.

2. General Refund Terms

  • Full Refunds: Full refunds are available within 72 hours of the purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with our services during this period, you may request a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: After the initial 72 hours, partial refunds may be considered depending on the progress of the work or delivery of the product. Refund amounts will be prorated based on the amount of work completed at the time of the refund request.


3. Refund Eligibility

  • Custom Development & Design Work: For custom development or design services, refunds will only be issued if significant work has not yet been completed. If work has begun, a partial refund may be granted, reflecting the amount of work already performed.
  • Technical and Service Issues: If you encounter any technical problems with the product or service provided, you must give us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Refunds due to technical problems will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours of your initial complaint.


4. Refund Process

  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, contact us at support@snapdevstudio.com within the eligible time frame. Please include your order details, the product or service purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 15 to 20 business days. However, it may take up to 90 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds for credit card payments will be processed back to the card used during the purchase


5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain name registrations
  • SSL certificates
  • Completed custom development work
  • Completed design services
  • Any other service explicitly marked as non-refundable


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is prohibited. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the termination of your account and any associated services.
